Reservation Tips
#1 Please remember that reservations are made based upon your hotel choice! Room types and smoking preferences are based upon availability and can not be guaranteed by Events by Design or your hotel of choice. Please check the hotel list posted on the site. You stand a better chance in getting the particular room type you want by choosing a hotel that does not have limited availability.

#2 If you want to stay at a hotel with another team, please turn your paperwork in at the same time. Also, please note on the form the name of the team and the team coach’s or contact person. We process the paperwork on a first-come, first-served basis. If the team you want to book with submitted their form a month before you, you most likely will not be able to stay at the same hotel.
