Hotel reservations for the 2016 Hall of Fame in Lubbock, Texas are underway! Please refer to this section and our list of participating hotels to see the most up to date information on room availability. Hotel availability can change minute to minute, so please provide us with 3 hotel options for your team – and we will respond as soon as possible. The website will be updated as often as possible.
Please remember that ALL hotel reservations must be coordinated through Events By Design, Inc. in or to be eligible for participation for the event.
To make your hotel selections:
* The hotel availability and amenities document lists the hotels availability, rates, and number of rooms available at the last update.
* Fill out the team reservation online form with your team’s information and the link that ranks your team’s top three hotel choices.
* You will receive a response to your request within 72 business hours. If you do not receive a response within that time frame, please call or email for the information was either not received, or we were unable to get in touch with you by either phone, fax, or email.
* After you submit your hotel request, if there is availability at one of your hotels, you will receive written confirmation by either email or fax that your form had been received, and the hotel where your team has been placed. If the hotels that you have listed are sold out, we will contact you immediately to ask for another choice to be made.
* All rooming lists are due to the hotel that you have been confirmed three (3) weeks prior to the check-in date.
