All reservations must be made with this form through the Official Housing Bureau, Events By Design, Inc. Reservations made outside the housing bureau will result in the team’s disqualification from the tournament. All reservation confirmation numbers will be exclusive to the housing bureau and will be confirmed with Tournament entry.
