How to make
your team's reservation
Hotel reservations for the 2009 Tournament
is under way! Please refer to this section and our list
of participating hotels to see the most up to date information
on room availability. Hotel availability can change on a
daily basis, so please provide me with three hotel options
for your team(s) and I will respond to you as soon as I
can. The website will be updated as often as possible.
Please remember… hotel reservations must be coordinated
thru Events by Design Inc.
To make your hotel selections:
1. The hotels are grouped by those in the City of Plano and those in surrounding cities. Refer to the hotel and field map to get an idea of where your team would like to stay or by going thru the hotel lists to see which hotels offer amenities important to your team. The availability of the hotels is listed as well as the PYSA group rates.
2. Fill out the team reservation form on-line
with your team’s information and the list that ranks
your team’s three preferred hotels.
3. You will receive a response to your request within 72 hours.
If you do not receive a response within 72 hours, please
call or email, because the information was either not received,
or we could have an error on our end. In rare instances it may take us longer to secure your preferred hotel. Feel free to contact us with questions.
4. After you
submit your hotel request, and if there is availability
at one of your hotels of choice, you will receive an email
or fax that will inform you of your hotel assignment. If
all of the hotels you listed are sold out, you will be contacted
and referred to a list of hotels with availability.
5. Please start working on your team's rooming list. All rooming
lists are due to the hotel you select at least two weeks
prior to your check in date.
